Aleš Totzauer joined rutland & partners in 2012. He focuses primarily on advising clients on issues of corporate, real estate and administrative law and real estate transactions. Aleš studied law at the Charles University in Prague.
Aleš is experienced in providing legal services related to all phases of corporate transactions. He has performed numerous due diligence investigations, drafted transaction documentation (for both share and asset deals) and assisted in negotiations, including negotiating and drafting documentation for the financing of such transactions.
In addition to the above work, Aleš provides general corporate law services related to organizing and documenting general meetings, effecting changes in corporate structure and registering companies in the Czech Commercial Register.
