Tomáš Kotula is a Junior Associate attorney working for rutland & partners. He specialises in corporate law, civil law and commercial law, particularly real estate law. Tomáš provides legal counsel for corporate transaction, sales and acquisitions of real estate, including due diligence, loan financing and preparation and negotiation of contractual documentation.
In the area of corporate restructuring, Tomáš has an experience with mergers, splits and other changes in the form of a legal entity. He is also a member of several of rutland & partner’s client service teams that provide complex legal advice to well-known developers of residential and office projects and to the operators of some of the most commercially successful shopping malls in the Czech Republic.
Before obtaining his law degree at the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Prague, Tomáš worked as a paralegal at the rutland ježek and the Wilsons law firms. He also gained experience during an exchange program focused on real estate and corporate law at the T.C. Beirne School of Law at the University of Queensland, Australia.
